Yes, you are not locked into any contract. You can cancel anytime with 2 weeks minimum notice.
Our packages are billed monthly before the start of the month.
We can’t promise that your website won’t get hacked but one of the goals of WordPress maintenance and security is to make your site secure and more difficult for hackers to hack your site.
We can assist with recovery and clean-up from any hack. But not guaranteed 100% will be back as before. It depends on how strongly the website has been hacked.
Most of the time it doesn’t. There are a few providers we recommend not hosting with but in general, these packages are available no matter where you have your website. We also offer website hosting as well.
